Tommy Smith holds a MPA from Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government. Prior to joining BPA, Mr. Smith worked in assessing public sector supplier diversity programs and developing small and local business policies for government agencies. He is skilled in program assessment, policy analysis, and community outreach. Mr. Smith holds a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a veteran of the United States Navy's Submarine Service.
