Phyllis Weinstock has more than 15 years of experience in program evaluation and policy analysis, with a strong focus on programs for children and youth, particularly programs focusing on early childhood educational and social interventions. She has directed evaluations and policy studies for federal, state, and local agencies, school districts, and nonprofit organizations. Dr. Weinstock holds a Ph.D. in City and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley.
