Kathleen P. Magill, Ph.D., Principal Analyst
Kay Magill, who holds a Ph.D. in Communication Research from Stanford University, has more than 20 years of experience in managing and conducting program evaluations, policy analyses, management analyses, and research studies. Her current research interest is the investigation of consumer awareness and utilization of social programs. During the past 10 years, she has often worked on studies of employment, education, public benefits, and health care needs of people with disabilities. Dr. Magill also has private-sector experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, as a marketing researcher for Yellow Pages publications and as a Senior Project Director for a research supplier for clients marketing to the non-English-speaking U.S. Hispanic market.
