Shirley J. Butler, Finance Manager

Shirley Butler has 23 years experience with BPA's accounting system, utilizing the Deltek Cost Accounting Software System. As Finance Manager, she is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of BPA. Responsibilities also include monitoring and maintaining fiscal accountability of funding agencies as well as shareholders. As a member of BPA's Board of Directors, she provides information to the Board that informs the company's current and long-term financial planning.

Current Management Responsibilities:

Accounting (cash and accounts receivable; accounts payables; payroll; preparation of tax returns; general ledger; account reconciliations)
Financial Management (management of cost accounting; financial reporting; creation and monitoring of overhead budget; work with outside auditors)
