Fannie Tseng, Ph.D., Principal Analyst
Principal Research Analyst Dr. Fannie Tseng has extensive experience in analyzing welfare and labor issues, particularly in the analysis of quantitative data to determine the effects of welfare and labor policy on household decisions. At BPA, she has been involved with several projects that utilize statistical and econometric analyses to determine the impact of policy on participant outcomes. Dr. Tseng received her Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where she specialized in Labor Economics and Empirical Microeconomics. She also holds a B.A. in Economics and East Asian Studies from Brown University.
