Paul C. Wright is the Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer for Berkeley Policy Associates. He oversees all financial activities of the company, including strategic planning, forecasts for future business growth and preparation of Board of Director financial reports. He also directs the daily business operations of the company. Mr. Wright, who received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan and holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota, has extensive experience in financial and corporate management. His background includes the management of construction and government services firms in the San Francisco Bay Area, several years of civil and criminal law litigation, as well as seven years of service in the U.S. Army, where he served as Senior Trial Defense Counsel. Mr. Wright also acted as the Chief of International Law for the United States Army South in Puerto Rico where he was responsible for managing U.S. operations in 32 Central and South American countries. One of Mr. Wright's notable achievements is his key work in assisting the Honduran military establish its own professional legal corps. Mr. Wright also worked closely with foreign government representatives in Italy, Germany and the Republic of Korea.

Mr. Wright's appointment fills a new full-time senior management position in our firm, reflecting our continued growth and increased profitability in recent years. Mr. Wright is in charge of streamlining BPA's financial management, contracting, and quality assurance processes. He serves as the company's primary point of contact for our growing number of clients and partner organizations, and oversees the company's financial, human resources, information technology, and office management functions. In addition, Mr. Wright supports and advises BPA's project directors in their project management responsibilities.
