Shereda Nosakhare, Analyst

Shereda Nosakhare rejoined BPA as an Analyst in 2009 after completing a Master's degree in Public Policy at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan. Before attending graduate school, Ms. Nosakhare was a Research Assistant at BPA, where she worked on several projects including the City of Oakland Measure Y Initiative Evaluation, and the Evaluation of the Louisiana Family Recovery Corps (LFRC) Case Management Program. As part of her M.P.P. program she worked for the California Legislative Analyst Office where she studied California's Adult Probation departments and contributed to a report recently released by the LAO. Ms. Nosakhare also holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Portland.
