Working at BPA
As a small business, BPA offers a collegial, casual, and flexible work environment. Our organizational structure is very flat, and all staff are encouraged to offer input into decision-making throughout the company. We offer flexible work schedules, including part-time, in order to allow staff to achieve their preferred work/life balance. We do research in a wide range of topic areas, and encourage staff to pursue areas that are of particular interest to them. We also offer early opportunities for advancement, enabling staff to take on new challenges and responsibilities as they become available.
