Maria Joined BPA in July of with over a decade of Human Resource experience.  Maria handles the administration of benefits, recruitment, employee relations, performance reviews, and a handful of other miscellaneous HR duties.  She also works closely with the Finance and Accounting team to handle reconciliation of invoices and payroll.  Maria graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and started her career in HR immediately after.  Since then she has joined the Society of Human Resource Management, and she is a certified as a Professional in Human Resource (PHR). Since her arrival at BPA, Maria has joined the ESOP Committee and participates in several other committees as part of the management team.
