Castle Sinicrope, Research Analyst

Castle Sinicrope holds an M.A. in Applied Linguistics from the department of Second Language Studies at University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa and a B.A. in German from Georgetown University. Her current research interests include language and education policy, teacher development, and issues of assessment, evaluation, and accreditation. Prior to joining BPA, Castle worked as an evaluation assistant in the Foreign Language Program Evaluation Project, where she helped foreign language programs develop their own program evaluation capacity. She also worked with language teacher development programs at the University of Hawai‘i to develop assessment frameworks for achieving national standards and meeting accreditation expectations.
