Ainisha Smith works with the CFO, Director of Human Resources, and the Finance Manager to provide support for BPA's finance, benefits management and contract administration. She has over 10 years of accounting, payroll and benefits experience from various industries. Ainisha is in the process of obtaining a B.S. in Accounting and a Human Resources certificate from Golden Gate University.

Ainisha is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and the National Association of Black Accountants (East Bay Student Chapter).
